What is Health Coaching?
I help people optimize their physical and mental health through food, sleep, exercise, and stress management. My approach is collaborative and tailored to the values and goals of the client. Clients develop sustainable new habits for a lifetime of better health.

How It Works:
In a series of 1:1 online sessions, I work with you to identify your strengths, motivation, and support system, as well as any challenges or barriers to health. Together, we create goals that align with what you care about and envision for yourself. As your coach, my job is to hold you accountable to the goals you set and support you as you work to establish new habits. I will also provide you with information and resources, as needed.

Health coaching does not replace medical care. I don't diagnose or treat illnesses, and I don't prescribe medications or supplements. Instead, I partner with you in your health care, helping you create an action plan for lasting behavior change, whether that change is prompted by a doctor's recommendation or simply your desire to be the healthiest version of yourself.

As an integrative health coach, I have additional training and experience using mind-body practices such as meditation, breath work, mindfulness, guided imagery, and visualization. I can integrate these practices into coaching sessions and/or teach clients to use them outside of our sessions.

$75/session (or $400 for a package of six)​​
